Fertility and Nature: Nurturing Life Through Balance, Timing, and Self-Care

Creation of the universe and the creation of a fetus are the same. The right seed, the right field, proper nourishment, and ideal timing. Together, these elements ensure optimal health and fertility.

Fertility begins with the seed. Just as healthy seeds are essential to grow a garden, the health of the sperm and ovum plays a crucial role in conception.

Just as a garden bed must be cleared and prepared for planting, the body must be free of toxins to promote fertility.
Water is essential to cultivate any crop, healthy plasma and blood are crucial in this process, ensuring that the body is adequately hydrated and enriched to support fertility.

Timing is crucial in both agriculture and fertility. Fertility aligns with the rhythms of nature and the menstrual cycle. Women are most fertile during —the 4 to 5 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation itself. This time frame provides the best opportunity for conception.
Fertility is not about quick fixes but about nurturing life with patience, care, and connection. Through self-care practices, balanced routines, and emotional peace.

Points to remember:

1.Go in tune with nature, set biological clock time of sleeping and waking up.

2.Discipline you eating habits, work habits, your daily schedule.

3.Understand the life challenges and face with joyous mode.

4.Indulge yourself in self care, that could me anything you like doing it could be playing, drawing, cooking, blogging, gardening, exercising, listening to what you like etc.

5.Eat food local, seasonal, as per your culture and tradition.
